DCHE is a Christ-centered homeschool cooperative that provides extracurricular activities, social events, academic classes, and homeschooling support to families. Academic classes, clubs, and events are led by professional educators, parents, and student leaders.
What began with park days and a lending library has grown into a thriving co-op offering weekly academic enrichment, music instruction, social engagement, and parental support — all rooted in faith and community.
Understanding the Model
A parent-directed organization designed to provide group learning environments for students who primarily learn from home. Most classes meet once a week, with Wednesdays serving as the main class day. In addition to parent-led classes, some courses are taught by professional educators and industry professionals. Families also gather on the second and fourth Fridays for clubs, special events, and other enrichment activities.
